1 stick melted butter or margarine

mango curry sauce:
•
1 large ripe mango, coarse chopped
•
1/2 cup mayonnaise, maybe a bit more if desired
•
2 tsp curry powder or to taste
•
1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts ( optional )
