My doctor told me to eat fish at least twice a week plus I love avocados. This seemed like a good match! I've seen this brand of seasoning in stores in the US, but my friend brought me some from a recent trip to Mexico. If you don't have Tajin seasoning, use other brand of seasoned salt. You can add a little grated lemon or lime rind if you like!

Ingredients For tuna stuffed avocado

1 cantuna, packed in water, drained (approx 5 oz can)

1 lgavocado, pitted

1/4 conion, chopped fine

1/4 Tbspcelery, chopped fine

1-2 Tbspmayonnaise, light is fine

tajin classic seasoning (salt, chili pepper and lime blend)

chopped tomato for garnish
How To Make tuna stuffed avocado

1Mix tuna, onions, celery, mayonnaise together.

2Spoon into avocado halves.

3Garnish with Tajin seasoning and chopped tomato.
