My doctor told me to eat fish at least twice a week plus I love avocados. This seemed like a good match! I've seen this brand of seasoning in stores in the US, but my friend brought me some from a recent trip to Mexico. If you don't have Tajin seasoning, use other brand of seasoned salt. You can add a little grated lemon or lime rind if you like!

Ingredients For tuna stuffed avocado

  • 1 can
    tuna, packed in water, drained (approx 5 oz can)
  • 1 lg
    avocado, pitted
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    celery, chopped fine
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise, light is fine
  • tajin classic seasoning (salt, chili pepper and lime blend)
  • chopped tomato for garnish

How To Make tuna stuffed avocado

    Mix tuna, onions, celery, mayonnaise together.

    Spoon into avocado halves.
  • 3
    Garnish with Tajin seasoning and chopped tomato.
