1/2barlett pear peeled cored and diced

1/3 colive oil

1 tspwhole grain mustard

- FOR THE SALAD

2 lgtuna steaks

2 Tbspolive oil

salt and pepper

1head butter lettuce chopped

1/2barlette pear peeled cored and sliced

1/4 ccooked shelled edamame
-
1 cbok choy chopped
-
2hard boiled eggs sliced

1avocado peeled and pitted and diced

2 ozgoat cheese crumbled

1/4 cpitashio nuts shelled
How To Make tuna steak salad with pear dressing

1For the dressing Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth
-
2For the salad On 2 plates place the lettuce, pear, edamame, bok choy, eggs, avocado, pitashios and crumbled goat cheese.

3Add olive oil to skillet. Season the Tuna steaks with salt and pepper. When the oil starts smoking sear the tuna on all side. Remove to a cutting board and cut into strips.

4Place the tuna on top of the salad and pour dressing over.
