We have tuna sandwiches quite a bit for lunch. My husband started buying packages of the imitation crab meat and it's great with the tuna on big ol' kaiser rolls! And also can be made as an appetizer! Yum!

Ingredients For tuna crab salad

  • 4
    kaiser rolls
  • romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 can
    solid white tuna, packed in water
  • 1 pkg
    imitation lump crab meat
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    mayonnaise (add more if necessary)
  • 1
    celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/2
    small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    dill, dried
  • 1 tsp
    old bay seasoning

How To Make tuna crab salad

    In a bowl, add both cans of tuna and the package of crab meat. Mix well, breaking up large chunks.

    Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, dill, Old Bay seasoning. Mix until well blended.

    Add a few lettuce leaves in each kaiser roll and add a generous amount of the tuna & crab mixture.

    This is also great as an appetizer on crackers.
