My daughter-in-law, Melissa, and I love beans and tuna. Since we are following Weight Watchers I created this salad to fit in our meal plan. It is filling and delicious! Each serving is 6 Points Plus.

Ingredients For tuna and garbonza bean salad

12 ozcanned tuna, packed in water, well drained

15 ozcan organic garbonza beans, drained and rinsed

1/3 cchopped red onion

1/3 cchopped red and yellow bell pepper

1/3 creduced fat balsamic vinegar

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
1/2 cchopped italian parsley
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tuna and garbonza bean salad

1Mix ingredients tuna through lemon juice. May do several hours ahead.

2Just before serving add chopped patsley
