1/4 cdried cranberries or golden raisins

2 Tbspsunflower seeds, unsalted

1/2 cblack beans, rinsed, or garbanzo beans, optional
- RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE:

1/2 clite raspberry juice

2 Tbspcider vinegar
-
1 Tbsporange juice
-
1/2 tspgrated orange rind

1/4 colive oil
-
1/2 tspequal sugar substitute

1Combine ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss lightly. Serve raspberry vinaigrette on the side.
