44 oz sushi grade tuna steaks

2 Tbspolive oil
- FOR THE SALAD

1 bagsalad greens your choice

1 lgmango peeled pitted and diced

1/2 lgred onion thinly sliced

1For the Vinaigrette Mix all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake. Set aside.

2Add the oil to a large skillet. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Sear the Tuna on all sides until desired doneness. Set on board to rest

3Mix the bag of greens with a little viniagrette. Place the greens. Top with mango and red onion. Drizzle remaining viniagrette on top.
