I made this recipe from things I had in my fridge and it was worth remembering and sharing. Even my 10-year-old said it was outstanding!

Ingredients For mushroom, gouda and tuna salad

1 cantuna, drained

3/4 cgouda cheese, shredded

1 1/2 cmushrooms, sliced

4scallions, sliced thinly

1 tspgarlic, chopped

1lettuce head, bib or romaine

1/3 colive oil
-
3-4 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 Tbspmayonaise

1 Tbspbutter
How To Make mushroom, gouda and tuna salad

1Coat hot saucepan with olive oil. Add butter. Saute garlic, scallions and mushrooms. Let cool.

2For Dressing: whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and mayonnaise, then add shredded gouda and tuna.

3Tear lettuce into bit sized pieces. Add mushrooms and toss with dressing.
