Ingredients For mushroom, gouda and tuna salad

  • 1 can
    tuna, drained
  • 3/4 c
    gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 4
    scallions, sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, chopped
  • 1
    lettuce head, bib or romaine
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make mushroom, gouda and tuna salad

    Coat hot saucepan with olive oil. Add butter. Saute garlic, scallions and mushrooms. Let cool.

    For Dressing: whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and mayonnaise, then add shredded gouda and tuna.

    Tear lettuce into bit sized pieces. Add mushrooms and toss with dressing.
