hubby’s tuna salad
My mother in law used to make this for him when he was young. Over the years, I added the seasonings & he likes it even more. Sometimes I will add hard boiled eggs, diced red or green bell pepper, or whatever else I have that sounds good. (I personally don't eat this because I don't like olives.)

Ingredients For hubby’s tuna salad

1 cantuna, packed in water (albacore chunk)

1/4 chot banana pepper rings, diced small

1/4 cgreen olives, sliced

1/8 tspcelery salt

1/8 tsponion powder

1/8 tspgarlic power

2 Tbspmayonnaise,heaping
How To Make hubby’s tuna salad

1Drain tuna well.

2Put all ingredient in a bowl & mix thoroughly.(If it seems too dry, add a little more mayo.)

3Note: This is best after it is chilled, but of course , you can eat it right away. He usually has it with Ritz crackers when he takes it to work, but at home he has a sandwich.
