This tuna salad is quite tasty for being low fat. I have been eating low-carb lately. Here is a healthy Tuna salad I created. With light mayonnaise. It only contains 2 g of fat per serving. Add a wrap. It is only 4 g of fat per serving. I hope you all enjoy it!

Ingredients For healthy tuna salad
- TUNA SALAD

24 ounce cans chunk white tuna

2 Tbspchopped onion

1/3 cchopped celery

3 Tbsplight sour cream

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 Tbspmayonaise your choice light or regular

1/2 tspparsley flakes

1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1/4 tsppaprika

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspdill weed
- GARNISH

1 cbrocolli slaw or chopped lettuce

1sliced tomato optional
-
fiber one honey wheat 80 cal wraps optiinal

2 Tbspchopped sweet pickle optional
How To Make healthy tuna salad

1Drain tuna Squeeze out water from tuna

2Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

3Place a scoop full of tuna on top of a bed of broccoli slaw, or lettuce.

4You may also serve in e a low fat sandwich wrap with lettuce tomato or broccoli slaw
