this is a health meal for a hot summer lunch or dinner had no AC did not want to be in the hot kitchen cooking so i made this salad add garlic toast its a balance meal with a tall glass of limeade enjoy

Ingredients For health meal & salad in one

  • 1 can
    salmon, smoked chopped
  • 1 can
    tuna, canned chopped
  • 2 md
    hand full of spianch or lettuce
  • 9 slice
    jalapeno peppers diced small
  • 1/3 tsp
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise,
  • 2 Tbsp
    gralic hummus

How To Make health meal & salad in one

  • 1
    add salmon & tuna together,jalapeno peppers,diced garlic, diced onions,salt & pepper in mayonnaise, lay on a bed of spinach or lettuce with hummus at the side & serve
