This is definately going to be your next party salad!! A refreshing tuna, avacado, cherry tomato and lime salad in a Margarita glass with a green chili aioli sauce. I love to serve this to guests because not only does it look like FUN it tastes as GOOD as it looks!!!

Ingredients For fiesta tuna salad

  • 2 can
    albacore tuna (7 oz. each) drained
  • 3 Tbsp
    red onions, diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 can
    fire roasted diced chilies (4 oz. can)
  • 1 tsp
    mrs. dash fiesta lime seasoning
  • 1 lg
    avocados, diced
  • 4
    margarita glasses for serving

How To Make fiesta tuna salad

  • 1
    Mix together tuna, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Then gently fold in avocado.

    Put mayonaise and chilies into blender and pulse until creamy.
  • 3
    Layer 1/3 cup tuna mixture in each glass, then 2 TBSP. dressing and then 2 TBSP. tomatoes. Make another layer ending with tomatoes.
