This is definately going to be your next party salad!! A refreshing tuna, avacado, cherry tomato and lime salad in a Margarita glass with a green chili aioli sauce. I love to serve this to guests because not only does it look like FUN it tastes as GOOD as it looks!!!

Ingredients For fiesta tuna salad

2 canalbacore tuna (7 oz. each) drained

3 Tbspred onions, diced

3 Tbspcilantro, fresh, chopped

1 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 ccherry tomatoes, quartered

1 cmayonnaise
-
1 canfire roasted diced chilies (4 oz. can)

1 tspmrs. dash fiesta lime seasoning

1 lgavocados, diced

4margarita glasses for serving
How To Make fiesta tuna salad

1Mix together tuna, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Then gently fold in avocado.

2Put mayonaise and chilies into blender and pulse until creamy.

3Layer 1/3 cup tuna mixture in each glass, then 2 TBSP. dressing and then 2 TBSP. tomatoes. Make another layer ending with tomatoes.
