ellen's new and improved tuna salad

I wanted something a little different from my usual tuna salad recipe, so I played with the spices a bit and came up with this delicious version. The dill weed really makes it pop! Pecans and celery give it a nice crunchy texture. 04-12-16

Ingredients For ellen's new and improved tuna salad

2 can(small or 1 large) white albacore tuna

1/2 chellman's real mayonnaisse, lite

1/3 cchopped celery

1/4 tspreal lemon juice

1 Tbspminced onion

1/4 tspdill weed

1/8 tspgarlic powder

1-2 Tbspfinely chopped pecans
How To Make ellen's new and improved tuna salad

1Drain the tuna and flake it into a medium bowl. Add the mayo and blend thoroughly.

2Add celery and spices and mix until completely blended. Fold in pecans.

3Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour and serve. I like to serve sweet gherkins on the side.
