This is a super simple salad I often make to have with Mexican food. My friend, Kim B is making a cookbook for her dad and wanted me to post it. You can easily add a scoop of http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/mexican/guacamole.html instead of sliced avocado. Kick it up by adding some diced jalapenos too.

1Chop the romaine, slice the tomatoes, slice the avocados. Rough chop the cilantro.

2Toss and dress with fresh salsa.

4Black olives are a great addition too.
