Once again from that infamous red and white checkered cookbook, but with modifications. My oldest always craves this during summer. It's a perfect picnic salad. But keep it iced, it spoils!

Ingredients For sour-cream potato salad

1/2 ccreamy ceasar salad dressing

7 mdred skinned potatoes, diced and boiled till tender.

3/4 cdiced celery

1/3 csliced green onions (scallions)

4hard boiled eggs

1 cmayonnaise

1/2 csour cream

1 1/2 tspyellow mustard
How To Make sour-cream potato salad

1Pour salad dressing over warm potatoes; chill 2 hours (or overnight). Add celery and onion. Chop egg whites; add.

2Sieve yolks; mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard; fold into salad. Add salt and celery seed to taste. Chill 2 hours.
