Easy potato casserole. I am sure it is out there under many names, but I got this from a friend who had it named for the friend who gave it to her. So let's just say it's good enough to get around!

Ingredients For rita's oven potatoes

  • 1 bag
    (2 lbs) hash browns
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz
    medium cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    corn flake crumbs

How To Make rita's oven potatoes

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Combine hash brown potatoes, onion, sour cream, condensed soup, and cheese. Place in greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed corn flake crumbs. Bake for 1 hour.
