Ingredients For bacon ranch potato salad

  • 2 1/2 lb
    small red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4-5
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 c
    bottled ranch dressing

How To Make bacon ranch potato salad

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss together potatoes, oil, salt and pepper, arrange In a single layer in a jelly roll pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Toss together bacon, green onions, ranch dressing and potatoes. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
