Ingredients For tortellini pesto salad

2 pkg3 cheese tortellini pasta

1 jarpesto sauce with basil

2 boxcherry tomatoes - red and yellow mixed

1red onion - thin sliced or chopped

1 1/2 cbell peppers, red, orange yellow

1-2 bottlezesty italian salad,dressing

1 cshreddedparmesan cheese
How To Make tortellini pesto salad

1Cook tortellini pasta in boiling water 5-6 minutes. Add olive oil to the water to prevent sticking. Drain in colander and chill.

2Chop red onion, bell peppers. Half cherry tomatoes if they are large. Grape tomatoes preferred. Add to the cooled pasta. Black olives optional

3Toss pasta with pesto, zesty Italian dressing. Add shredded parmesan cheese . Refrigerate until ready to serve
