Ingredients For rainbow veggie pasta salad

  • 7 oz
    shell pasta cooked and cooled
  • 2 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 2 md
    carrots diced
  • 1 md
    red onion diced
  • 1 md
    red pepper diced
  • 1 md
    cucumber diced
  • 1/2 c
    pickled asparagus diced (optional)
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaisse
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    white vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make rainbow veggie pasta salad

  • 1
    Mix first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl. Set aside.

    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over salad and mix well.

    chill in refrigerator
