Ingredients For pasta salad

  • 1/2 lb
    elbow macaroni
  • 2 lb
    cooked shrimp
  • 1
    cucumber, diced
  • 1 c
    ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1
    green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make pasta salad

  • 1
    Cook macaroni; drain, rinse and chill.
  • 2
    Mix remaining ingredients and toss in macaroni. Refrigerate until well chilled.
