Ingredients For meg's mac salad
-
1 boxelbow macaroni, cooked
-
1/2 jarmarzetti brand potato salad dressing
-
4boiled eggs,chopped
-
2celery stalks, finely chopped
-
1 mdonion, finely chopped
-
2 scooptablespoons of sweet relish
-
1-2 dashdill pickle juice
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1 Tbspmilk for thinning out
How To Make meg's mac salad
-
1Boil your macaroni noodles and eggs. I just put the eggs in about the last 6-7 minutes of the noodles boiling. That way you only use one pot!!
-
2Drain your noodles in a strainer and pull your hard boiled eggs out and while your noodles are in the strainer, keep cold water running over the noodles and strip your shells off your eggs.
-
3Now, just get a big bowl, put your elbow macaroni in, throw in the finely chopped eggs, celery, and onion in and mix. Then add remaining ingredients. Put in fridge and let all the flavor kick in. You at not need the milk but if you think it's too thick you can add milk to thin it out a bit.
