Ingredients For meg's mac salad

  • 1 box
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1/2 jar
    marzetti brand potato salad dressing
  • 4
    boiled eggs,chopped
  • 2
    celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 md
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2 scoop
    tablespoons of sweet relish
  • 1-2 dash
    dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk for thinning out

How To Make meg's mac salad

  • 1
Boil your macaroni noodles and eggs. I just put the eggs in about the last 6-7 minutes of the noodles boiling. That way you only use one pot!!
  • 2
Drain your noodles in a strainer and pull your hard boiled eggs out and while your noodles are in the strainer, keep cold water running over the noodles and strip your shells off your eggs.
  • 3
Now, just get a big bowl, put your elbow macaroni in, throw in the finely chopped eggs, celery, and onion in and mix. Then add remaining ingredients. Put in fridge and let all the flavor kick in. You at not need the milk but if you think it's too thick you can add milk to thin it out a bit.
