1 pkgone each; red and yellow tomatoe

1/2 ceach; red onion, orange bell pepper, peppadew peppers

kalamata olives

feta cheese

garbanzo beans

pinch fresh diced parsley

1/4 clemon juice

fig vinegar or apples cider vinegar ( to taste-adds tang)

How To Make mediterranean orzo salad

1After orzo has cooled, combine all diced vegetables.

2Add feta closer to time to serve as well, the dressing. Tweek dressing for your own taste. Can also substitute the fig oil for balsamic vinegar. Serving dressing on side allows for individual taste.
