I always my this for my step dad he loves it. Sometimes I add chopped ham and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients For macaroni salad

  • 6 c
    cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 lg
    finley chopped green pepper
  • 1 lg
    finley chopped and skin removed ripe tomatoe
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple cidar vinger
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped chives
  • 2 Tbsp
    pickle relish, sweet
  • 4 lg
    chopped boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 c
    chopped ham diced
  • 1/3 c
    cheddar cheese diced

How To Make macaroni salad

  • 1
    cook macaroni as directed. I normally use half of a 1lb box.
  • 2
    Mix everything together and let sit in fridge for an hour or two. I leave mine a little soupy it will firm up as it chills. Add more mayonnaise if needed.
