Ingredients For greek pasta salad

  • 1 lb
    vermicelli pasta
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    cavender's all purpose greek seasoning--use heaping tablespoons
  • 1 can
    large can sliced black olives
  • 1 jar
    small jar diced pimiento
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise

How To Make greek pasta salad

  • 1
    Boil vermicelli without salt. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, Greek seasoning and mayonnaise and set aside.

    Drain pasta and add to the bowl with the reserved dressing. Add sliced olives and diced pimientos. Mix well and chill overnight.
