I came up with this on a whim for either a family get together or a potluck for one of the volunteer organizations I am with. Since then I've been asked to make it often.

Ingredients For crab pasta salad

4 cun cooked small pasta shells

10 ozfrozen peas

1 bunchchopped head of broccoli

2 stalkcelery, chopped

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

1 ptcherry tomatoes, sliced in half

2 pkgimitation crabmeat, chopped
-
3/4 citalian salad dressing, low sodium/lite

2 tspdill weed, fresh or dried

2 tspsummer savory or italian seasonings
How To Make crab pasta salad

1Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking add peas and broccoli to the strainer and drain pasta over veggies. Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain well.

2Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine green onions, celery, tomatoes, and crab meat. Stir pasta and vegetables into the crab meat mixture.

3Add the seasonings and drizzle in the dressing and toss to coat. Add more dressing, if needed. Refrigerate 4 hours to chill. Even better the next day.
