17-oz package spaghetti noodles

1 croasted peanuts, coarsely chopped (divided)

1 cupfresh orange juice

2 Tbsprice wine vinegar

2 Tbspteriyaki marinade sauce

1 Tbspsesame oil
-
1/2 tspfresh orange zest (grated)

1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1 cradishes, thinly sliced

1carrot, coarsely shredded
-
2green onions, sliced
-
2 Tbspfresh cilantro, chopped

1avocado, thinly sliced
How To Make asian peanut and pasta salad

1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

2Process 1/2 cup peanuts, orange juice and next 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

3Combine pasta, half of dressing, remaining 1/2 cup peanuts, radishes and the next 3 ingredients, gently tossing to coat. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Serve with remaining dressing and avocado slices.
