Ingredients For a twist on pasta salad

1 1/4 cuncooked tricolor spiral pasta

1/4 creduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth

3 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 Tbspcanola oil
-
1 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspsugar
-
1 tspdried basil
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 cbrocoli florets
-
1 chalved cherry tomatoes

1large sweet red pepper, julienned

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make a twist on pasta salad

1Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse under cold water. Drain.

2In a large bowl, whisk together the broth, vinegar, oil, garlic, sugar, basil and salt.

3Add pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, pepper and Parmesan. Toss to coat.
