Ingredients For waldorf slaw
- FOR THE SALAD

4 slicebacon

2 mdapples, granny smith

2 stalkcelery, thinly sliced

2 mdcarrots, grated

1/2 cwalnuts

1/2 cgolden raisins
-
3-4 dashsalt and pepper
- FOR THE DRESSING

1/4 cmayonnaise
-
2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1 tspsugar

1 tspcelery seeds
How To Make waldorf slaw

1Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat, til golden brown. Drain on paper towels and chop into 1/2 inch pieces.

2Wash, then cut and core the apple. Chop the apple into small chunks. Put the apples, bacon, celery, carrots, and golden raisins in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3In a small bowl whisk the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, celery seeds together until blended.

4Pour the dressing over the sliced veggies and toss to coat.
