While visiting my aunt in southern Missouri this past weekend, she served this very refreshing and tasty bean salad. The flavor was enhanced more after it sat in the refrigerator for a couple days. She indicated she often takes this dish to potluck dinners and everyone loves it.

1 cangreen beans, drained (regular sized can)

1 canwax beans or any other kind you prefer (regular sized can)

1 cankidney beans, drained (regular sized can)

3/4 csugar

2/3 ccider vinegar

1 tspsalt

1/2 cvegetable oil

1/2 tsppepper
-
sliced onion rings
How To Make three bean vegetable salad - steph

1Drain all cans of vegetables. Slice an onion into rings. Mix the sugar, cider vinegar, oil, salt and pepper together well.

2Pour the dressing over the vegetables and let refrigerate over night. ENJOY!!
