Our family always likes this when served. It does make enough for 15-20 but my family must eat more than normal. I serve it to 11 and there are no leftovers.

Ingredients For taco salad for a crowd

  • 3 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 3
    envelopes taco seasongs
  • 3
    heads of lettuce
  • 3 c
    shredded cheedar cheese
  • 3 c
    chopped tomatoes
  • 2 c
    chopped red onions
  • 3 can
    chopped ripe olives , drained
  • 2 can
    ranch style beans , drained
  • 1 lg
    bag of corn chips
  • 1 bottle
    16oz catalina dressing
  • 1 jar
    12oz chunky salsa

How To Make taco salad for a crowd

  • 1
    Brown beef and drain well. Add taco seasoning per pkg. instructions. Cool completely, then toss with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
