This salad is delicious and great for a party...its serves 8 - 10 people...make sure you have the recipe as you will be asked for it...I've made it many times for Superbowl parties and it's always a hit...it's also a great salad for warm weather ahead...I always double the recipe, as many go back for seconds...enjoy! Ingredients For sub salad

  • 1
    head of lettuce, shredded
  • 2
    kaiser rolls, torn into 1/2 inch piecs
  • 1 lb
    assorted sliced deli meats, such as ham, turkey, salami and bologna - sliced into strips
  • 1/4 - 1/2 lb
    swiss cheese - sliced into strips
  • 1/4 - 1/2 lb
    cheddar cheese, sliced into strips
  • 3 oz
    package sliced pepperoni
  • 1 - red
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make sub salad

    In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, bread, meats, cheese and onion. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well; drizzle over salad, tossing to coat, Refrigerate for one hour.
