This salad is delicious and great for a party...its serves 8 - 10 people...make sure you have the recipe as you will be asked for it...I've made it many times for Superbowl parties and it's always a hit...it's also a great salad for warm weather ahead...I always double the recipe, as many go back for seconds...enjoy! Ingredients For sub salad

1head of lettuce, shredded

2kaiser rolls, torn into 1/2 inch piecs

1 lbassorted sliced deli meats, such as ham, turkey, salami and bologna - sliced into strips

1/4 - 1/2 lbswiss cheese - sliced into strips

1/4 - 1/2 lbcheddar cheese, sliced into strips

3 ozpackage sliced pepperoni

1 - redonion, chopped
-
1/2 colive oil
-
1/4 ctarragon vinegar

1 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make sub salad

1In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, bread, meats, cheese and onion. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well; drizzle over salad, tossing to coat, Refrigerate for one hour.
