Ingredients For southwest cornbread salad

  • 6 oz
    package corn bread mix
  • 1 bottle
    ranch dressing
  • 1 can
    (small) diced green chilies
  • 2 sm
    heads romain lettuce, shredded
  • 2 lg
    tomatos, diced
  • 15 oz
    can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 15 oz
    can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 c
    red & green peppers, diced
  • 8 oz
    package mexican shredded cheese
  • 6 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 5
    green onions, sliced

How To Make southwest cornbread salad

  • 1
    Prepare cornbread, add chilies. Cool & crumble.

    Layer in a large bowl 1/2 crumbled cornbread 1/2 lettuce remaining ingredients
  • 3
    Spoon ranch dressing over all. Repeat layers. Cover & chill, 2 hours.
