Ingredients For southwest cornbread salad

6 ozpackage corn bread mix
-
1 bottleranch dressing
-
1 can(small) diced green chilies
-
2 smheads romain lettuce, shredded

2 lgtomatos, diced
-
15 ozcan black beans rinsed and drained

15 ozcan whole kernel corn
-
1/2 cred & green peppers, diced
-
8 ozpackage mexican shredded cheese
-
6 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
-
5green onions, sliced
How To Make southwest cornbread salad

1Prepare cornbread, add chilies. Cool & crumble.

2Layer in a large bowl 1/2 crumbled cornbread 1/2 lettuce remaining ingredients

3Spoon ranch dressing over all. Repeat layers. Cover & chill, 2 hours.
