How To Make sour cream cucumbers

1In a bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper until well blended.

2Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Thinly slice onion and separate into rings.

3Add cucumbers and onion to sour cream mixture and toss to coat.

4Refrigerate covered at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
