2 boxuncle ben's wild & long grain rice, original

2 lbcooked shrimp, chopped

1 cgreen pepper, chopped

1 ccelery, chopped

1 jarchopped pimento (small jar)

3/4 cfrozen peas, uncooked, defrosted

1 csour cream
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
3 Tbspcurry powder
How To Make shrimp curry rice salad

1Cook rice according to box directions. Cool completely.

2Mix rice, shrimp, green pepper, celery, pimentos and peas.

3Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and curry powder.

4Combine rice mixture with dressing mixture.

5Refrigerate at least two hours. Better made day before to chill overnight.
