Ingredients For ~ roasted turkey salad ~ cassies

2 lbturkey fillets or turkey breast

salt& pepper

waterfor roasting

1/3 cmayonnaise - more if needed

1/4 cmiracle whip

6 - 8slices, bread and butter sweet pickle chips

1 tspdijon mustard

1/2 csweet onion, chopped

2small - med stalks celery, chopped
How To Make ~ roasted turkey salad ~ cassies

1Preheat oven to 325 Degree F. Place fillets in oven proof dutch oven or roaster. Salt & pepper turkey. Add enough water so turkey doesn't stick. Cover & bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until turkey is tender. **A thicker breast may take longer to bake than the slices I used. Remove from pan and cool enough to handle.

2Shred or chop turkey and place in a medium bowl, along with pickles, onion and celery. Mix dressings salt, pepper and mustard. Fold dressing into turkey and mix until thoroughly blended. If need more mayonnaise, add a little at a time until desired consistency.

3Chill and serve in your favorite sandwich bread, croissant etc...
