    canola oil
  • 1 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1
    1 inch piece ginger minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    ramen oriental seasoning
  • 1/2
    head of napa cabbage
  • 1/4
    head red cabbage
  • 1/2
    head green cabbage
  • 1 lg
    red onion diced
  • 2 md
    carrots diced
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2
    yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1/2
    orange bell pepper diced
  • 3/4 c
    cilantro chopped
  • 3 pkg
    ramen noodles broken up
  • 3/4 c
    spanish peanuts
  • 24
    wontons fried optional

How To Make ramen noodle salad

  • 1
    Mix the oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, ramen oriental seasoning packet sugar, salt and pepper shake well and refrigerate

    Mix remaining ingredients together. Dress with vinegrette just before serving
