Ingredients For quinoa salad

1 boxquinoa, cooked

1 bunchcilantro, fresh chopped

1 bunchgreen oniion chopped

3 clovegarlic

2 mdtomatoes diced

1 lgcucumber diced

1 mdred onion chopped

1 mdred pepper chopped
- DRESSING
-
2 mdlimes juiced about 1/4 cup

1/2 colive oil
-
1/2 tspcelery seed
-
1/4 csugar
-
1 tspsalt
How To Make quinoa salad

1cook quinoa, drain and cool.

2Add cilantro, green onions, red onion, garlic, and red pepper in a food processor. Pulse until chopped fine but not liquid.

3Add mixture to quinoa, and then stir in tomato and cucumber.

4Mix ingredients for dressing together. Pour over quinoa and refrigerate until cold.
