Ingredients For quinoa salad - mediterranean style lisa's version

all organic

4 cquinoa, cooked and cooled

1/2 lgcucumber, diced

1/2 ptgrape or other small tomatoes, quartered

1/2 mdred onion, diced

1/4 ckalamata (greek) olives, quartered

4 ozfeta cheese, crumbled or diced

2 clovegarlic, diced very fine
-
2 Tbspbragg's olive oil
-
2 Tbspbragg's apple cider vinegar

1/4 cfresh basil, chopped fine

salt and pepper to taste

1Mix all the above ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Allow to "marry" overnight.
