Ingredients For patio salad

  • 2
    10-oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and diced
  • 2 stalk
    celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2
    green pepper, finely diced
  • 4 oz
    jar pimentos, drained, rinsed and diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 4 tsp
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    prepared mustard

How To Make patio salad

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; toss lightly. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
