Ingredients For asian salad

  • SALAD MIX
  • 16 oz
    bag cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 small bag
    slivered almonds (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 pkg
    uncooked ramen noodles, oriental flavor
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1/3 c
    sunflower seeds
  • DRESSING MIX
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 pkg
    seasoniing mix from ramen noodles
  • 1/4 c
    sesame oil
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil

How To Make asian salad

    In a small skillet over low heat, toast the almonds until lightly browned. Let cook completely.

    Break apart ramen noodles into a large bowl. Slice green onions and add. Add the remaining salad ingredients, including the toasted almonds.

    Mix all the dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over salad and refrigerate for an hour. Stir well before serving.
