This is my go to salad when I'm in a time crunch! This salad is a big hit every time and I never have any left overs to bring home!

Ingredients For mexican corn salad

3 can15.25 ounce cans of corn~drained

1 cor a scant more of shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 smonion~diced
-
1 cmayonnaise~i used hellmans

1 1/2 ccrushed chili cheese fritos (more or less to taste)
How To Make mexican corn salad

1Mix every thing together EXCEPT the fritos. Right before serving mix the crushed chili cheese fritos in the salad and serve. Quick and easy! Enjoy!
