kristin's seafood salad
This is my family's favorite recipe for lunch. Either on bread or with lettuce as a salad. I use the fake crab pieces (pollock or cod), and sometimes add shrimp. I don't have specific quantities for the mayo because I just put as much as I like. Some people like more. I have substituted cooked chicken for the seafood and made chicken salad too. I hope you like it!

Ingredients For kristin's seafood salad

4 ccooked seafood (shrimp) or imitation crab meat (chopped)

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 tspdijon mustard

1/8 tsphot pepper sauce

1/2 Tbspcapers (finely chopped) or to taste

2 tspparsley flakes (can use fresh)

1 tspdried chives (can use fresh)

1/2 ccelery (chopped)

1Chop seafood and celery

2Mix rest of the ingredients to make the dressing

3Mix all together and chill well

4I love it just with lettuce or in a sandwich. I think it tastes even better the next day. I have used this same dressing and substituted chicken (for the seafood) and made a chicken salad too. Enjoy!
