kicked-up egg salad
I found a new product, Hormel real bacon bits with jalapeño added. Just used them in egg salad, and they are really good! Here is the recipe I used.

Ingredients For kicked-up egg salad

2 lgeggs, hard cooked

3 Tbspduke's mayonnaise

1/2 tspyellow mustard
-
1 Tbspchopped dill pickle

1 Tbspchopped bell pepper

1 lgspanish olive, chopped
-
1-2 Tbsphormel bacon bits with jalapeños

cracked black pepper
How To Make kicked-up egg salad

1Cook eggs covered in simmering water for 10-12 minutes, remove from heat for 5 minutes, then place eggs in cold water for 10 minutes before peeling. Remove shells and mash eggs with a fork in a mixing bowl.

2Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, finely chopped vegetables, and jalapeño bacon bits. Season with cracked pepper as desired. Refrigerate if not eating immediately.
