Great with pork, ham, chicken or on hot dogs. The more hot pepper seeds you leave in, the hotter it is. :)

Ingredients For jalapeno sauerkraut relish

  • 2 lbs. sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 oz. jar pimento, diced
  • 5 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2-1 cup sugar

How To Make jalapeno sauerkraut relish

  • 1
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
  • 2
    Mix sugar and vinegar and pour over sauerkraut mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight. Store in glass container.
