Ingredients For jalapeno sauerkraut relish

2 lbs. sauerkraut, well drained

1 large onion, diced

1 green pepper, diced

2 oz. jar pimento, diced

5 jalapeno peppers, diced

1 cup cider vinegar
-
1/2-1 cup sugar
How To Make jalapeno sauerkraut relish

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Mix sugar and vinegar and pour over sauerkraut mixture.

3Refrigerate overnight. Store in glass container.
