Ingredients For hawaiian coleslaw

  • 4 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 11 oz
    can mandarin oranges, drained & liquid reserved
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make hawaiian coleslaw

    In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, 1 tablespoon reserved mandarin orange juice, salt, ginger, nutmeg and pepper.

    Toss the oranges and pineapple into mixture. Stir in mayonnaise until evenly coated.

    Chill well before serving.
