Ingredients For greek watermelon salad

  • 4 c
    watermelon, medium dice
  • 2 c
    cherry tomatoes, red and yellow, cut in half
  • 2 c
    english cucumber, peeled, small dice
  • 1 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp
    dill, torn
  • 1/4 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make greek watermelon salad

  • 1
    In a big bowl combine watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese and dill.
  • 2
    In a small bowl whisk oil, vinegar, garlic powder and onion powder. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.

    Drizzle half the dressing over the salad and mix gently. Add the rest of the dressing to taste and gently mix again.

    Chill at least half an hour or up to 4 hours.
