Ingredients For greek garbanzo bean salad

  • 30 oz
    garbanzo beans, drained
  • 14 oz
    can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 12 oz
    jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
  • 1 sm
    yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 lg
    cucumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 cup
    grape tomatoes (i like to cut them in half, but it's not necessary)
  • 1/2 lg
    red onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4 oz
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup
    greek dressing (or italian dressing)
  • 1/2 lg
    lemon, the juice of
  • 1 tsp
    crushed rosemary
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make greek garbanzo bean salad

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
