Ingredients For grass skirt slaw

  • 2 lb
    coleslaw (made fresh or purchased)
  • 2
    small red delicious apples
  • 2 c
    pineapple tidbits, well drained
  • 2 c
    dried cherries (or rasisins, cranberries or apricots)
  • 1 c
    shredded coconut

How To Make grass skirt slaw

    Mix all ingredients except the coconut together.

    Top with coconut before serving.

    Excellent with ham or pork.
