This is a recipe that my aunt makes for family affairs. We all love it! It is such a change from the traditional coleslaw, and healthier than the mayo dressing that usually accompanies it! Goes well with anything that you would use coleslaw for!

Ingredients For different slaw

1 pkgbroccoli slaw mix
-
1 bunchgreen onions
-
1 pkg(3 oz.) sunflower seeds

1 pkg(2 oz.) slivered almonds

1 pkgbeef ramen noodles
-
3/4 coil (i use vegetable)

1/3 cwhite vinegar
-
1/2 csugar
How To Make different slaw

1In a large bowl, with a lid, mix together the cole slaw mix, sliced green onions, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, and ramen noodles (broken up and flavor packet set aside). Set this aside.

2In a smaller bowl, or I use a shaker-type bottle, mix together oil, vinegar, sugar and the beef flavor packet from the ramen noodles. Mix well.

3Pour dressing over slaw and mix well. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or overnight (I overnight it!). Mix well, again, before serving.
