  • 1 c
    shredded napa cabbage
  • 1/2 c
    chopped water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c
    julienned zucchini
  • DRESSING
  • 4 1/2 tsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce (reduced sodium)
  • 1 tsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • crushed red pepper flakes to taste

    Whisk dressing ingredients and toss with the cabbage and vegetable mixture. Add crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
